Terms of use.
These terms govern access to FragFPS. By using the platform, you agree to use it lawfully and respect other players, server operators and the integrity of the service.
1. The service
FragFPS provides public CS 1.6 server discovery, UDP monitoring, history, organic ranking, ownership tools, community features and separately labeled promotion planning. Features may change as the platform develops.
2. Accounts
Use accurate information and protect your password. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, impersonation, spam, fraud, attacks or evasion of platform controls.
3. Server listings and ownership
You may submit only public Counter-Strike 1.6 server addresses. A listing does not prove endorsement. Ownership verification proves temporary control of the public hostname; it does not transfer legal ownership or grant permission to misuse third-party branding.
Operators must not falsify player activity, automate deceptive connections, manipulate query replies or attempt to interfere with scanners, rankings or other listings. FragFPS may limit, label, rerank, hide or remove data where integrity or safety requires it.
4. Community content
Do not post illegal material, harassment, personal data without permission, malicious links, cheating distribution, scams or repetitive advertising. You keep responsibility for your content and grant FragFPS permission to display and moderate it as needed to operate the community.
5. Rankings and monitoring
Rankings are automated estimates based on collected observations and may be incomplete, delayed or affected by network conditions. Trust scores describe data confidence; they are not guarantees, certifications or accusations.
6. Sponsored campaigns and payments
Campaign drafts do not reserve inventory and no payment is taken while payments are marked disabled. Any future paid service will require displayed pricing, activation terms and applicable refund/cancellation information before purchase.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. FragFPS does not guarantee uninterrupted monitoring, particular ranking, traffic, player connections or commercial results. To the extent allowed by applicable law, FragFPS is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on public server data or temporary service interruption.
8. Changes and contact
