Privacy notice.
This notice explains what FragFPS collects, why it is used, how long it is retained and the choices available to you.
1. Data we collect
Account data includes email address, username, password hash, language, optional display name, country and avatar choice. We store sign-in/session security data, ownership claims, followed servers, notification choices, private support conversations, forum content and moderation records.
Server monitoring data includes public IP:port, hostname, map, player and bot counts, public player-query responses, public server rules, latency, availability and calculated history, ranking and trust signals. Server owners may add public website and Discord links.
Security and delivery records may include truncated or hashed network identifiers, rate-limit records, session cookies, email-delivery status and administrative audit events. Sponsored measurement uses irreversible visitor hashes; raw visitor tokens and IP addresses are not stored in campaign events.
2. Why we use data
We use data to operate accounts, provide private support, verify ownership, monitor public CS 1.6 servers, prevent abuse, provide rankings and history, deliver notifications, moderate the community, measure clearly labeled sponsored inventory and protect the platform.
3. Cookies and local storage
A secure session cookie is required for signed-in features. Language choice, anonymous favorites and limited interface state may be stored locally in your browser. FragFPS does not currently use third-party advertising cookies.
4. Sharing and processors
Infrastructure, hosting, regional query-node and email providers process limited data needed to deliver the service. Public server and community information is visible to visitors. Private support requests are visible only to the member and authorized FragFPS administrators. We do not sell account data.
5. Retention
Public scan history is normally retained for 30 days. Operational backups are normally retained for 14 days. Notifications are limited to the latest 200 per account. Private support requests remain available while the account exists and are deleted through account deletion. Security, moderation, ownership and transaction-related records may be retained longer where needed to protect the service or resolve disputes.
6. Your choices
You can update profile and notification preferences, download a portable account-data export or permanently close your account from Account Settings. You may also request assistance through private support or info@fragfps.com. Some security, audit or public-interest records may need to be retained.
7. Security and changes
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Sensitive configuration is kept outside public storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to this notice will be dated on this page.
